Dear LAMPA Member,
LAMPA’s 2017 Fall Meeting is at Hollywood Casino! This year’s meeting will be held Thursday, October 19th and Friday, October 20th at Hollywood Casino and The Bridges Golf Club. Now is the time to make your plans and reservations to attend the meeting.
Attached you will find information on the meeting including registration forms for the meeting, golf tournament and sponsorships. Our room rates at Hollywood Casino Resort for this year’s meeting will be $89.00 plus taxes per night on Thursday and $119.00 plus taxes for Friday night ($9.99 resort fee per room will be added as well), with rooms guaranteed only through September 17th. Check in at the hotel is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.

When filling out your event form, please:
• CHECK ONLY THE EVENTS YOU’LL ATTEND SO THAT WE WILL HAVE AN ACCURATE HEAD COUNT.
• Meeting Registration is $200.00 per person and should be received by OCTOBER 6TH not to incur a mandatory late fee of $25.00.
